Come and discover the Spadoise forest in all seasons thanks to this quiet, unique and secluded accommodation at the Col du Rosier, in a private domain inhabited by its owner, 6 minutes away by car from the center of the town of Spa and 12 minutes away by car from the Spa-Francorchamps Circuit.

No public transit access. You need to come by car / bike / foot!
Property is completely non-smoking.
All animals are prohibited, as well as parties to respect the quietness of the place.
By order of the police, ground or high fires are strictly prohibited, as well as fireworks. That is why a gas barbecue is at your disposal.
Flying over the domain and all its surroundings by a drone is strictly forbidden by the legislation governing the Nature Reserve.
From December to February inclusive, it is highly recommended to equip your vehicle with snow tires, except if you drive a 4x4.
The rental home is equiped with free wifi connected to a 4G antenna. Due to the remote location, the connection can be slow / unstable by moment.
